Ebony Hardy is a bloodline changer, speaker, coach, and healing-centered leader whose life’s mission is to help others break generational cycles and become whole—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and beyond.

Her story didn’t begin in a spotlight. It began in silence, survival, and pain. But instead of staying stuck in the patterns she inherited, Ebony chose something different: healing. That choice became a movement.

In 2019, she founded Healing Not Hurting—a multi-layered wellness platform built to help individuals, families, and communities rise out of trauma and into restoration. Today, that mission lives on through healing-centered apparel, bestselling journals and books, youth curriculum in schools, community events, and nonprofit outreach across Detroit and beyond.

Known for her raw truth-telling and compassionate wisdom, Ebony helps others confront what’s been passed down, reclaim who they really are, and create a legacy worth inheriting. Whether she’s coaching a mother through emotional wounds, mentoring a teen, or speaking to a packed room of educators and leaders, Ebony shows up with one message:

“It ends with me—and it can end with you, too.”
