 In 2019, Ebony Hardy established Healing not Hurting, a movement with the mission of promoting holistic well-being and dismantling obstacles related to wellness, particularly within the African American community. Through a range of resources and support systems, Healing Not Hurting aims to empower individuals to achieve their maximum potential. With a strong dedication to making a positive difference in the lives of those they assist, Healing Not Hurting is comprised of three components. Firstly, an apparel line that empowers individuals through meaningful phrases. Secondly, a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing resources to the black community, aiming to replace intergenerational trauma with holistic healing, ultimately restoring and strengthening the black family. Thirdly, Healing Not Hurting offers the Destined to Reign CASEL-aligned Social Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum. This comprehensive curriculum is designed to foster emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and positive social interactions in teens.

Ebony is an exceptionally talented author who has crafted a wide range of books and journals. Among her notable works is the “Healing Not Hurting 31-Day Challenge” journal, which has garnered significant acclaim among readers. Recently, she released her groundbreaking workbook, "It Ends With Me: The Legacy Shift," a transformative resource that delves into the profound realm of generational healing and the transformative power of changing the bloodline. With her expertise in writing about healing, Ebony focuses particularly on the intricate dynamics of repairing broken family relationships.
